|
Hey all! So I know this may seem like a stupid question, but I am wondering if anybody knows if there is a way to get around the whole "FBI check must not be older than 6 months" rule? Are there any special circumstances under which the rule would be relaxed? Just curious if anyone has info, sources, etc. that might indicate that it is possible. |

Phone Kimmi and ask. They are the ONLY ones who can make an exception.

Thanks ttompatz! I figured that would be the best course of action, but was just curious if anyone had any experiences with doing it. |

Each case is on its own merits and up to the officer handling your file that day.
Depending on your story they may allow it, they may waive it until your next change in status or they may deny it and require you to get a new one.
