I have a guitar. I like bands such as Pavement, Built to Spill, Jesus Lizard, Lightning Bolt, BOAT, and LCD Soundsystem.

Looking for anyone who sings +
another guitarist
keys/synth
bassist
drummer

If you play something else and want to get involved you can msg me anyways, it could be some crazy wind instrument, right?

I live in Jinju. If everyone who responds is from Busan, I could bus up there on the weekends if it so happens to work out.

PEACE

I play the bagpipes, and when I get drunk enough I think I can sing. Does that count? But I'm moving to Seoul next week. Sad

I recommend going out to see some of the bands in Itaewan or Hongdae and making some connections there in person. Eventually you start facebooking with folks and developing a network. There's quite a few good musicians here in the Seoul and most are great people. Since my band started playing more in the Seoul area my circle of friends has grown rapidly and some of them know EVERYONE. Craigs list is also a good place to look.

Playing music in Korea has been very interesting and tons of fun. Enjoy. I'm off to Shanghai to try to do it all again!

Best of luck

Thanks for the suggestion. Since I'm in Jinju, maybe I'll just check out the Busan music scene more on the weekends.
