The furniture in Korea is absolutely terrible. I guess if you are used to sleeping on the floor you might be ok with what passes for comfortable furniture here, but its killing me. Even the stuff that costs 1,000 bucks is complete garbage. Most of the leather is fake or terrible quality. The foam is like a brick. I dont know how these companies get away with selling the stuff.
Anyone know where I might be able to find supplies like lumber, screws, foam? Most of what I need could be found at a big box store like Home Depot in the US. Is there anything like that here? Otherwise I am going to try to find a way to get the supplies shipped. I probably could just pay a fortune to get a real couch shipped here, but I kind of like making stuff myself. |
