Anyone know where to get this in Seoul? The Mandarin word for it is gweilinggao, Cantonese is gwailin

I've got a friend coming from the States and he was hoping to buy some here, but I haven't the slightest idea of where to look for it.

Or does anyone know what the Korean word for this would be?
