|
|
I have a question about the health check that you have to do while you're in Korea. I'm going to try to keep as PG as possible.
Basically, my friend (girl) and I play rather rough. As a result I have some bruises, bite marks, and scratches on my chest, shoulders, and back. They're pretty significant actually. During the health check in Korea, will I need to take my shirt off and if so, will something like that show up on my check? I'm concerned that it may end up giving a really bad impression about me to my school.

You'll have to explain in more detail what you actually talking about.
Some pictures would be nice too, action video is prefered though . |

| No, nothing like that will show up on the health check. |

All they do is ask you whether or not you have any allergies, take any medication, have an mental illnesses or physical ailments. That's about it, you won't have to strip down at any point.
Though I do fully support your rough play. Well done. |

you will need to take your shirt off for a chest X ray.
the bruises and bite marks won't mean anything other than provide for some interesting speculation for the X ray technicians/nurses at the hospital.
if they're flagrant enough, they may notify the doctor about them and you may be asked about them. shouldn't affect your checkup though, so long as you pass the normal tests. |

there's a physical check up. They'll take your height, weight, check your vision, check your blood pressure, take a chest x ray for which you will obviously have to take your top off and will take your blood to run basic diagnostic tests along with hiv/drug tests. |

| If anything comes up (I doubt it would) you can just say you have a puppy (just say something like "aegy-kae" and go "mung mung") and they won't think twice. |

I'm really not so sure about that... I think you underestimate the damage. lol. I think I'll probably just try to take it easy for the next week (I leave next Wednesday). Not sure if that's going to work out though.
When could I expect to have the health check? Is it like, the day I get there or will I have a little time? |

I'm more concerned about my school or whoever reviews my VISA stuff thinking that I'm some sort of sexual deviant and that their women are in danger. I'm really very mild mannered and polite with women, I promise.
But really though. Like, I'm honestly kinda concerned. I'm taking Vitamins C and K to try make it not as bad. I'm afraid that I will be viewed as a danger or something or that it will get to my school and they will think poorly of me before they even meet me. |
