Unfortunately, I can't find an equivalent "Farmer's Almanac" for Korea to predict the weather this year. Last year was more rainy than usual. Depending on when the weather is good or not will affect my vacation planning this summer. But none of my co-teachers seem to be able to tell. Will it be sunny and hot in August this year or will it be muggy and rainy like last year? Normal August weather is hot and sunny.

According to one of my co-teachers, "there will be no spring" this year.

Any weather forecast for more than a week is pretty much like a guess. How can you possibly expect someone to tell you what the weather will be in 4 months?

What does she mean by this? Colder or hotter than usual? Sunny or rainy?

I read a Korean-style Farmer's Almanac and this is what it said.

Some days will be sunny and warm, some sunny and hot. The occasional day will be cloudy and warm/hot. Rain will fall when the clouds get too many. Snow is possible in the winter. Winter will be cold.
