Im on a high protein diet and I need to eat meat, chicken, eggs and tuna several times a day. The food is damn expensive in emart and other marts, I would like to know where can I find cheapest food in Seoul.

Thank you.

Have you tried your neighborhood wet market (street market for food)?

Tuna, eggs and milk are cheap everywhere. Tuna is literally always on sale at Home Plus for 1000 won or under per can.

As for meat, the local butcher shops are cheaper than the big box stores.

Buy chicken thighs at the big box stores or butcher shops, they are 3x or 4x cheaper than the breasts.

I'm curious. What do "meat, chicken, eggs and tuna" have to do with dairy?

You can get 10kg of chicken breast on gmarket for 55-62. Cheaper if you buy the pre-cooked frozen kind.

Eggs are pretty cheap, 30 for 4-5 at most marts.
