Hi

Does wired money go into your foreign account in an instant/few mins? I know that wire transfers go via a 'middle man' bank - is there any delay?

Thanks for any insight!

My record was 6 hours to Australia but there is only 1 hours time difference between Seoul and Sydney. The worst was 10 days. Usually within 48 hours.

Western Union=Near Instant=Very Expensive

KEB --> HSBC (UK) usually takes 1 or 2 business days for me, but last week took just 30 minutes!

I do KEB to Chase bank and it's instant, but I transfer money through the ATM, so it's much quicker that way too.
