Microsoft store in Yongsan (3rd floor of the terminal building).

In the blue building across the tracks from Yongsan station. Go across the tracks via the overhead pedway. You enter on the 3rd floor. Go straight ahead. It is the 2nd last store on the right before you get to the corner of the building.

.

I think if you buy the highest level of Windows 7,(I forget what they call it), it allows you to change the system language. You can set it up even so different users can sign in and have a different system language. Also, if you buy the mid-level version you can unlock the language features and change a Korean version to the English version. I bought a laptop here and changed the system language by downloading some program from the web. I forget the name of the program, but when I get home I will try to remember to find it and let you know.
