is there any way to get hold of a big email list of hagwons to bombard them with requests for a job?

I'm by no means an expert on this, but every hogwon director that I've been in email contact with uses their own personal email address. So some of them might be out of the hogwon business by the time you got around to spamming them and you'd miss some of the newer ones that might be looking to hire.

I've worked on "email center" type of projects, and keeping the data set (email address lists) fresh is the hardest part.
