It's a few hours after dinner and your stomach is feeling a little empty. You don't want a meal, just a snack. What do you reach for? An apple? A bag of chips? Dried Squid?

I have some apples and I'm trying to talk mysef out of going down to the Family Mart for some F'Oreo's (Fake Oreo's).

Cheese or a spoon of peanut butter. How about an apple dipped in peanut butter?

Chocolate digestives are my binge food.

Just look at the people of Walmart page until the cravings subside.
Or enjoy some tea. (I have a decaf chocolate chai for dessert if I want a sweet).

Alas, I am out of peanut butter. Tea does sound good though. I have that honey lemon tea that comes in a jar. Before I go home next, I will buy jars of it for gifts.

I love those Japanese brand 'Lotus' cookies. My fave.

Grapes from U.S. or Chile.

I make my own trail mix from time to time. About the only thing unhealthy about it is the M&Ms I add in with the banana chips, walnuts & raisins. Banana chips have a bit of fat and sugar however.

Usually it's yogurt and fruit.

Lately it's granola bars.

The sinful choice are these mango cookies from Emart.

When I'm craving salt, I eat a couple packs of seasoned seaweed and drink a lot of water.

Hummus is my favorite snack/food. Too bad I have to go to Seoul to get the ingredients. Homemade salsa a close second, and I can get the ingredients for that here.

Nuts! I miss Chili Lime Mixed nuts from Trader Joes. Apples and mandarin oranges straight from the refridgerator. I wish there were some good Korean chips.

- a bowl of cereal
- a granola bar and some yogurt

Healthy choices, but I do want to start eating apples/fruit as part of my snacks, as a way of getting good, natural food.
