I'm at a public school (gepik) on my second contract, 6 months in, and want to change to a hagwon. Is it possible to get a letter or release (LOR) and transfer to a hagwon? Thanks...

just resign and ask your co teacher for the document stating your leaving early, this counts as a LOR.
