I have set up internet banking but it says i can't transfer money because the account has been inactive for over a year. Has anyone had this problem. Why is everything so darn-diddly stressful in Korea?

| They have an english help line. Call it and they'll sort it out. They've always been more than helpful and fixed any problem immediately which is more than I can say for my bank back home. |
