This HTPC by asus is the perfect small form factor to run with your HDTV. There is also an adapter to hang it to a vesa mount (behind the tv), or you can use the included stand which is pictured.
The specs are
Atom 330 (this is a dual core atom processor with hyperthreading) at 1.6 - runs your web surfing and can run hd content with no problem.
Nvidia Ion integrated GPU (9400s) - this is what allows for the hd content and light gaming.
4gigs of ddr2 ram
320 gig Hard drive.
There is also: wifi b,g,n, HDMI port, ESATA port, 6 usb port, vga port, and sound/mike/toslink port (for hd sound if not using hdmi).
All running on windows 7 professional 64 bit.
Again this is the perfect solution for running your HD movies off of your computer and watching streamed youtube on your tv.
I've also pictured a nice set of HTPC appropriate keyboard and mouse from Microsoft. It is their ARC series. They are really nice and carry premium price tags. The mouse is the 2nd gen arc mouse. If you want the mouse and keyboard it will be an extra 70,000. so total 370,000 (will not sell keyboard and mouse separately)
