I've purchased it at I Love Cookie in Jeongja but it's been awhile since I've tried to purchase it there. They will at least have supplies to make your own as they try to be a baking store. Lotte Department Store's Grocery area is another good place to look.

I've seen the frozen Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough at Costco, but it wasn't there the last time I went. Sorry.

This one works much better - if you dont want to make too many just half the amounts - dark brown sticky sugar works really well with them!

Try this:

You can add chocolate chips or other add ins. I use butter instead of shortening.

Large toaster ovens can be bought cheaply if you know where to look. New, they can cost about 150k.

You can get what would pass for an apartment sized oven back home for quite cheap. includes 4 burners on top and a broiler underneath. I got mine second hand for around 80,000won.

That's a pretty good value, worth it even if you only stayed one year, and even if you could not sell it before you leave, which is unlikely. Many blow more than that in one weekend of drinking.

I paid about a third of that for a little toaster oven and I never regretted that either. I used to cook whole chickens in it all the time so I'm pretty sure it could handle cookies as well.

I've seen ready-to-bake cookie dough for sale at Hannam Market near Hangangjin Station before.
