For EPIK newbies living in Gyeongsangnam-do, there is a mandatory, week-long orientation in Seoul. It starts on Friday, April 22/11 and ends on Wednesday, April 27/11. We're there from 9 AM - 10:30 PM AND we have to attend workshops on Saturday and Sunday, too . I asked my co-teacher if the Thursday and Friday (28-29th, respectively) will be my "weekend" in lieu of having to attend the orientation during the weekend. The answer is negative, of course. Isn't this in violation of the EPIK contract? Evil or Very Mad It isn't like we get to go sightseeing on the Saturday and Sunday - we're working!
