My situation: Worked 4 months at a hagwon and mutually consented it wasn't working out, so I left. Have been working at a new hagwon for 7 months now and will finish the year contract unless something unforeseen happens.

My question: How does collecting pension work? Are there any documents I will need other than the standard form (i.e. copies of my salary statements or bank statements)? I am sure my current employer will walk me through it from his side, but is the pension money I paid into from my last job sitting together with my new job's pension, waiting to be collected as a lump sum before I leave? Or will I need to provide separate documentation for that?
