I know the festival has been cancelled, but I suppose the sea will still part with or without it and I still would like to see it. Does anyone info on the best days to go? A tide chart maybe? I think I might be too late, I remembered it being in late March.

The festival proper was cancelled, but the sea-parting wasn't, and a good number of people went. It was held 3/19 through 3/21, though there are two or three sea-partings a year. The next one should be in the fall, though there's not a big festival surrounding it.
