Hey,
Wondering if someone can help me out. Everyday I walk by the "Let's Fifteen" Bike stands and would love to rent one only I can't figure it out and can't seem to find any info on the web.
Can anyone tell me how it works? By the looks of it I need a card-- would anyone know how I may obtain one? I would appreciate your help! |

I second this 
I was with a Korean teacher once, and she rented me a bike. For some reason, I couldn't do it... She used her phone number to rent it. |
