| Just interested in seeing if anyone has gone to the motor show this year. I'm very interested in going. I'm trying to figure out how to get there fastest on Saturday morning. It's open to the public until Sunday and I believe costs 9,000 won for admission. I'm located in Suwon. Are there any express buses or trains that I can take to get over there in West Ilsan? |

yeah I'm going.
There is a Suwon bus to Kintex. Look on the website.
Suwon IC > Kyungbu Highway > Shingal JC > Youngdong Highway -> Ansan JC > Seohaean Highway > Chonam JC > Seoul Outer Circular Highway > Jayuro > KINTEX IC > KINTEX

I wish I could go. I mean, when that commercial comes on and I hear "We gotta do something for Earth" I'm like, "Yeah we do!" and I want to go to the auto show right away.
Run-on sentence for effect. Seriously, every time I hear that commercial's tagline I just crack up. |

If you go by subway, ride the #3 line to either Juyeop or Daehwa Station and get a taxi to Kintex. It won't cost much. You can just say "Kintex" to the taxi driver. If you're hungry, get a bite to eat before you take the taxi. There are plenty of restaurants around both subway stations. In fact, there's a McDonalds practically in the Juyeop station. You enter the Grand Department Store at the subway station level. If you take the escalator up from that side, you are about a block away from Starbucks. Just walk straight at the top of the escalator. On the other side of the street is a KFC and other restaurants. Enjoy!

Dude, ive been to the show twice with work. You do not need a taxi from daehwa. You can walk there in five minutes. |

Dude, there are many people who've never been there and don't know the area that well. Instead of just disagreeing with me, why not tell them how to get there from the subway station? |

KINTEX is pretty good about handling big crowds. |
