I am sorry to ask, I am pretty sure there were other posts about this, but I have been trying for hours and the search doesn't work. I treied to go back all subjects but no luck.
We are planning to buy a very good notebook (fast enough for games) and wonder what would be the best place to go.
Thanks in advance. |

Unless you want a Korean version, try ordering off Ebay.
You can get a good deal on an Alienware M11X R2 right now... |

If you get a Dell Alienware, you can just download the english dell ISO it's volume licensing and auto authenticates as long as it's installed on any supported model (which would be more current dell models)
But the Alienwares do tend to be overpriced here compared to some other current hardware. |

Thank you so much for your answer!
Actually I think I was not really clear about what we need. Yes, my husband wants to play games, but we really need a good fast computer, not exactly a "gaming laptop" like I wrote, sorry for that.
Do you know what would be the best place to but a good (and not so expensive) laptop? Yongsan? any other place? |

game and inexpensive are not words that you generally can use together with a laptop. |

buying a laptop is like buying a car, hundreds to choose from and what do you really need.
The last 2 laptops I've brought have been from yonsan and I've never regretted it.
Not in the complex but from a store close.
Never seen a trace of Korean on either, you just need to find someone that wants to help sell you a product rather than just sell you a product
Games is quite vague, you can spend 10k US on a laptop that won't play the latest and greatest, IMO you need to think about the sort of games you want to play and go from there.
What sort of games do want to play? what do you want to do with you laptop, This might help you get some more specific answers. |
