So I am thinking about taking 'fatdown' diet pills for a jumpstart wedding weight loss. Is the stuff good? Does it work? |

Exercise and eat right. Don't trust faddish diet supplements. |

If a diet pill worked....it would probably be really expensive because demand would exceed supply. |

I'm taking Controlled Labs REDuction currently. I don't know if it "works" but I sleep well (There is an AM and PM formula) and I take advantage of the morning energy to hike. Also, because it costs money, I want to stick more stringently to my calorie reduction.
Since I have no point of comparison, I think it works. Also, compared to other energy pills, I don't feel like I need to vomit or scream all the time. So yay! |

Dies pills work great... if at the same time you maintain a strict balance of diet and exercise. They will make your wallet lighter as well I guess
Just diet and exercise! Summers coming, longer evenings, get out there! |
