going home for vacation, Korean/travel insurance?

i currently have AIG Chartis insurance here in Korea but they won't cover medical expenses back in a client's home country (US). I'm going home for about 3 months and would feel safer getting some insurance in case something happens. does anyone know what are some local Korean insurance options or US based options for this type of situation?
