| http://www.manclinic.co.kr/event/mm79 What is this? My Korean is not good enough to get these terms. But I see stuff advertised as 'mens surgery' everywhere, on billboards, Korea times, etc. |

| Ha! It even has the pepper on the ad. Obviously they work on a certain part of the body. Is this a urology clinic or is it for elective or cosmetic surgery for men? I've heard of lengthening surgery offered for men. The photo of the couple on the page makes me wonder if that is something they offer. |

Clicking on one of the links goes to a page where they appear to be wrapping it with some lining under the skin to make it thicker. Bit like a swiss roll.

I don't think lengthening surgery is actually possible. What they are presumably referring to is severing of the suspensory ligament which then gives the appearance of extra length. Either way, a pretty hazardous and risky thing.
The proliferation of these surgeries reminds me of all the horror stories coming from those fly-by night botox surgeries in London. Are they even properly regulated here i wonder. |

| That surgery is what I was referring to, though I don't know why anyone would want it. It might make it look longer, but I understand that the trade off is that severed ligaments make it unable to stand up anymore. Actually, I'm not sure why anyone would have elective surgery in that area. There are just too many things that could go wrong. Apparently there is enough demand to keep this clinic in business, though. |

| Yeah, pretty much they do various enlargements, extensions, and supposedly resolve other men's health related issues. |

Obviously that's what they do.
I was wondering the specifics of what kind of backward procedures deemed unsafe in the Western world that they were doing.
Kudos to the guy who said they're cutting the ligament. Actually, I heard on Love Line they do that in the US too. Crazy stuff.
My own method of *beep* enlargement was to move to Korea. |
