i got slammed with allergies today. feeling totally bogged down, coughing, and all around crap.

are there any medications you would recommend? i'm not thinking of anything super heavy-duty, but just some over-the-counter stuff i can pick up from the pharmacy around the corner.

thanks for your help![/i]

Damn,

I got hit as well, my nose has been running like a tap today.

I was gonna ask the same Razz

Thing is Korea doesn't have grass and flowers, so it can't be the pollen.

Must be the excess dust?

Anyone know if Telfast is sold here?

I've been dry coughing since Monday morning & it really doesn't seem like a cold - likely allergies, maybe dust? Either way, it's terrible.

The word for 'allergy' is the same here in Korea, as long as you Koreanize the pronunciation. Try the first thing they offer you and see if that helps! I can't remember the name brand of the kind I bought last year, but it's cheap and worked as well as the name brands back home.

Good luck, fingers crossed that this is over soon.

I'm dying too. I'm actually wearing a mask for the first time in my life. My allergies are so bad this week, I'll try anything.

You can get Zyrtec over the counter at any pharmacy. Ask for Ji Reo Tek.
