Where can I get flyers printed in Seoul. I know there must be a lot of places because I see them everywhere. Also, what are the cost have them designed and printed?

There are print shops EVERYWHERE. A place like Kinkos will do it, no problem, and there are cheaper local places. Not every place would do designs, but printing, no problem. Just find a copy place and tell them what you need - more often than not, I think you'd find somewhere than can either A) do what you want, or B) have been asked enough/been around long enough to know who can do it for you.

Of the top of my head, Linko at COEX has a copy shop, and I've used a place in Jongno behind the bell tower, above the indian place on the third floor.
