you can watch archived games right away on nhl.com and its the only official legal site.
heh why ask a question if you are the expert.
sopcasts and sterams like that are very bad quality and get shut down as fast as they are made. you are basically paying for them to find you games that are pirated on the net.
just like justintv they shut down half way most of the time.
nhl.com is 179 bucks for the whole season and playoffs, less that the price of attending one real game. like how cheap can someone be to try to skirt around that price.
its less than 80 bucks for every playoff game everyday. |

I'm looking for a subscription for the next two months, or rather as long as the canucks are in the playoffs. They look really good this year so hopefully they will go all the way. But you never know.
Maybe when the playoffs start nhl.com will offer a playoff package. If it looks reasonably priced then I will get it. However at the moment they want to charge 80 bucks for the rest of the season. Now why would I pay that 80 bucks when I can get a similar service for roughly 30 bucks.
Personally I wished NHL.com would offer a team service. So you could just pick whichever team you wanted and only got to see those games. At a much reduced price from their current package. IF they did that I would sign up for nhl.com. |

| Why would I pay any money for something that I can watch for free online? If you are all for throwing your money away, go right ahead. I'll watch the playoffs and Cup online...for free. By the way, Vancouver has the best regular season record this year, but that rarely signifies playoff success. I think the Kings got a decent shot this year. |

L.A. is a good team, but it will be hard for them to go the distance without Kopitar. |

| While winning the presidents trophy is no guarantee of success their odds of winning the cup are a better than what you suggest. I think on TSN the other day they said something like 30% of the presidents trophy winners have won the cup. |

i have nhl gamecenter and it is better quality than all that online crap
wow wont spend 80 bucks to see the playoffs.
la -hahahahahahahahahahaha no kopitar or williams-give me a break.
tough teams this year will be nucks ducks detroit
boston flyers, penguins if crosby comes back. |

When it comes down to it, a hot goalie can ride a team to the cup. If you take a look at goalies that have performed amazingly since Jan. 1, and become the backbone of the team, then you really need to look at what Reimer has done in Toronto. The team has transformed its play and have a great record since the all star break. Oh, wait, never mind.
It's tough being a leaf fan these days.

| Don't underestimate the Kings(although they did look like crap against the Sharks today). About the $80... No, I wouldn't be dumb enough to pay $80 for something that I can watch for free. One more time...FREE. I have plenty in the bank and no debt, so money isn't the issue. If you enjoy making other people wealthier then, by all means, go for it. But I don't believe in throwing my money away. |

With hockey streams.com I can pay per month, about 18 bucks. The website says the quality is good. So before purchasing the service that most closely suits my needs I want to find out if the quality is good. I see nothing wrong with that. this service is different from justin.tv and sopcost. so don't bother comparing it to them. |

There are two problems to your logic:
1) If they can't make any money selling the product, the product disappears.
2) I regard myself as savvy as the next guy when it comes to finding free streams for various sports, and you must know that every free stream fails eventually. It usually happens when their cr@ppy servers overload, which happens during...wait for it...the most important games.
I'll pay my $80 this year and see every game in crystal-clear HD without buffering and be glad for it. I may not have as much money in the bank as you, but I can afford to give 90 minutes of my salary in return for watching two months of amazing hockey. |
