Seoul City Improv & Dinoysus Daejeon Theatre Group!
A night of comedy in Daejeon!
Seoul City Improv, Seoul�s premiere improv comedy troupe, will host a night of hilarity and fun Saturday, April 9th at Santa Claus in Daejeon. Dinoysus, Daejeon�s newly formed ex-pat theatre troupe, will open the evening with a series of sketches. Then SCI will take the stage, performing short form improv comedy a la �Whose Line is it Anyway?�, plus ...long form improv.
Admission to the event is free, but donations are appreciated! All funds will go towards Seoul City Improv�s tour through Canada, summer 2011.

Founded in 2007, Seoul City Improv is Seoul�s first improv comedy troupe in English. SCI began as a short form improv group, in the style of �Whose Line is it Anyway?� Favorite games include What?, Asides, Freeze, Party Quirks, and Countdown. Beginning in late 2009, SCI expanded to include long form improv as well, with games such as Montage, Small Town, and Meanwhile, Elsewhere.
With nearly 50 shows in the past 4 years, SCI regularly performs in Seoul. Over 70 performers from all over the world have graced the SCI stage, and over 150 have participated in rehearsals. SCI performed internationally in 2010 in Taiwan and Tokyo. In 2011, SCI will participate in the Hong Kong and Beijing Improv festivals, as well as tour to the Canadian Fringe Festival circuit in summer 2011.
