I am wondering if you answer "yes" to certain questions on the application if it will count against you.

Like "have you applied to any other ESL jobs? If so where?"

Or the question about having piercings. Just curious if anyone might know.

I have no prior experience, I dont think they care for that.

I also have a piercing on my left ear. I just told them that I was willing to take it out if asked.

They had no problem with it. I think the big questions are if you have any health problems and your flexibility.
