I found mine on Danawa as recommended by another forum member. I got a Korean display model (Eos 550) for about 600.000 with the standard 18-55 lens. They gave me a warranty card for it too.

There are some Japanese Kiss models available on this site too for a really good price.

I'll look for the exact store that I bought it from. You can have a co-teacher call and ask questions if your Korean level is like mine.

If it comes with the korean menu, can you change it to english within the camera?

I found a 550D body for only 550,000 KRW. But the google translation says

"Canon EOS 550D (non-genuine, Body (lens not included))"

What on earth does non-genuine mean? Is it used?

They don't seem to have the same deal. I am not sure what the above link is for (new, used, Japanese, etc.). Give them a call. I believe there was one guy that spoke decent English. He'll tell you if it's available too. It's been a bit more than a month since I bought mine so I guess they don't have any more used packages.

They were pretty fast with delivery. I think I had the camera in a day or two once I paid.

Did you purchase a used body? Also, did you purchase a lens and memory card from them as well?

Do I need a korean credit card to make the purcahse? I just have a debit bank card.
