				|
 |
				| I recently received an e-mail from my recruiter stating that EPIK will stop accepting applications once they believe they have enough applications to fill their slots and weed out the unqualified.
Does anyone have an idea roughly when this might be? I know the date changes every year, but I was hoping for a rough estimate as I am still waiting for one more document before I am able to submit my application. I would really like to know if I will make it in if I wait another week or so.

 Thanks!

				| I think you'll be fine. My roommate is still waiting for her letter of rec. and she won't be able to send her application for another week or so. | |

				| Thanks for the feedback.
I too am just waiting for one more reference letter then my application is good to go. Reading about everyone who has already submitted their application and been given an interview time has made me a little nervous!

				| The application process for Fall 2011 opened on April 1st for EPIK and SMOE (which is going through EPIK). The deadline is June 30th (I think), but they will close earlier if they get enough applicants. I already have my interview with EPIK tomorrow.

Thanks amf826. I really missed that date and info I really appreciate it. I went to the ETIS site but didn't see anything about the Fall 2011. What site should I apply through then? I used a recruiter for last year and haven't gone through EPIK before.

I've seen the topic kicked around before but I'm wondering if it's official that SMOE things will all go through EPIK now?

 Thanks again for the help.

				| SMOE hires throughout the year. At my recent orientation in late march there where SMOE folk who started in December and even some who only just arrived in Korea. | |

				| @tideout: FYI. The SMOE form I filled out was different than the one posted on the SMOE website. I think my form was shorter because I filled out the long EPIK application. The SMOE only asked for the basic info and a lesson plan. | |

				| The EPIK application is certainly long enough no? | |
