I'm here in America, but I'm about to head to Korea in August. I've been told by several female Korean friends to, quote, "Be careful of Korean women" because I am American and they want to learn English.
The first time I heard this, I thought it was kind of a "ha ha OK sure" kind of thing, but given the fact that I KEEP hearing it is starting to make me worry.
So I have to wonder what it is that I have to be so careful of? Are they going to lock me in a room and force me to teach them English? |

Just get out there and meet a few and you will find that they are harmless as little teddy bears. After a while you will learn to see their intentions and pick the nice ones just as you can in any other culture or place.
