|
|
I have a question I am hoping one of you can answer for me.
I misplaced my tax return that my school gave me when they filed for my Korean Taxes. I was told that I would need that document when my contract was up to get my pension and a refund of my taxes.
Does anyone know if I can just call the Pension Office and give them my ARC number or if I need that document.
I am not sure what I need it for I thought I am only entitled to my Pension and not any taxes back.
Can someone explain the process to me. I leave in July and want to make sure I get all the money I am entitled to.
Thanks
P.S. if it helps I work for a Hagwon |

You dont need that document.
You need to visit the pension office and you need your bank account info where the refund will be sent, your outgoing plane ticket, your ARC and the pension office will call your employer to confirm that you are finished work. Then, a few weeks or couple months after you leave (depending on whether you want it deposited in your korean or home bank account), you will have your pension refund money. |
