A Korean person was telling me something about a new unlocking law that is going to come in effect in Korea soon. She was saying that all phones would be required to be unlocked by request.
Sounds unlikely. Any truth in this? |

| You can do this right now. You just have to pay for the phone 100% and voila! You have an unlocked phone. What's the big deal? |
