This is another interesting reality show. Fun to watch the junk people bring into the store.

I like Pawn Stars but it has become totally staged. There are also a ton of ripoffs and spin offs. Even the guy who refinishes the stuff on Pawn Stars has his own show now. Pawn Queens, Hardcore Pawn, etc. Then you have American Pickers and about 20 ripoffs of that.

Yes, most of the reality shows are highly scripted these days. Much of it is pretty fake.

What's the most bizarre object you've seen on that show? People bring in some [Mod Edit]. That fat kid always falls in love with everything he deals with and gets ripped off by paying too much for it.

Chum Lee. He's great. Rick's son won't even look people in the eye. That guy is a tool.

The collection of 400 hand blown glass eyeballs. The case file of the Lindbergh kidnapping. Check out the show Oddities if you want to see some strange stuff. It's a show about a pawn shop in L.A that caters to the goth/freak crowd.

Loved it when the guy brought in the sundial made in Austria and it turned to be one of the rarest ever made. The French "coach" gun double barreled pistol with flip down bayonet from the 18th century with gold inlay , a museum piece. I also appreciate that Rick loves the stuff too.
