|
|
So I'm typing this with my Canadian Rogers branded blackberry 9700.
After much trial and error, if concluded that u don't need to register this phone with the government as it already exists in korea. The first time I went to sk, they told me I did since one of the digits was different on the phone model number, but long story short, I didn't register with the government, told them that the phones are the same. Registered with SKT one day, they gave me a number the next day, I took that number to SKT again, paid my plan, usim, etc... And we're rockin...
So no more doubt...its done. |

Hey, so does this phone use a sim card or did you just have it registered? Where did you go and what did you tell them? Did you just have to bring the phone in and they did the rest?
This sounds really great. |

Fantastic news!
Exactly what I was looking for. Can you list some details about how much you're paying and what you're getting? Also if there were additional options?
I wish Kakao talk was available for BlackBerry Smartphones though. It's the one reason why I'm still contemplating getting a Galaxy S/iPhone instead of using my own BlackBerry. |

i think im paying about 50,000w/month with no minutes, but its only like 108w per minute. i also get 750 text messages/mms messages.
i got 500mb data(i need it for emails and basic surfing).
to make the data work, u need an extra BIS feature. so i have that added as well.
no contract:) |

u dont need to go there per se. You can go to any customer service center. There is one near Mia station and in Yongsan's Ipark.
Technomart is at Gangbyeon Station (exit 2 i believe). dont hold me to it, but i think the office is on the 7th floor. |
