Recommend places (restaurants, services, etc) that are open 24 hours a day. Don't forget to mention the location. |

I got a topic. What are some places that have shorter business hours than their American counterparts despite the longer working hours of Korean people?
I'll start: post offices (5pm vs 6pm), banks (4:30 pm vs 5:30 pm), and the largest city's public transportation system.
It sucks going to the post office after work in America, but at least it's possible. |

Too bad there's no cheap way to access them at a late hour unless you live in one of those few neighborhoods. My closest Homeplus isn't 24 hours, and neither is the E-mart or the smaller Lotte Super.
I guess it's due to a lack of demand. There's no traction!
Thank god the DVD room is open, though. |

There's no 24 hour homeplus in my neighborhood. A minimum roundtrip taxi fare of 10,000 won kind of kills the reason to make the trip.
For a similar reason, I don't shop at Costco (which is at least 10,000 one way - takes away the savings), but that's just me. |

the one i use closes at 5:00. i finish work at 4:30 so i can generally squeeze in to send a parcel.
still, 6:00 for a nation where people often dont finish work til 8pm or later....24 hour culture! |
