Recommend places (restaurants, services, etc) that are open 24 hours a day. Don't forget to mention the location.

I got a topic. What are some places that have shorter business hours than their American counterparts despite the longer working hours of Korean people?

I'll start: post offices (5pm vs 6pm), banks (4:30 pm vs 5:30 pm), and the largest city's public transportation system.

It sucks going to the post office after work in America, but at least it's possible.

Too bad there's no cheap way to access them at a late hour unless you live in one of those few neighborhoods. My closest Homeplus isn't 24 hours, and neither is the E-mart or the smaller Lotte Super.

I guess it's due to a lack of demand. There's no traction!

Thank god the DVD room is open, though.

There's no 24 hour homeplus in my neighborhood. A minimum roundtrip taxi fare of 10,000 won kind of kills the reason to make the trip.

For a similar reason, I don't shop at Costco (which is at least 10,000 one way - takes away the savings), but that's just me.

the one i use closes at 5:00. i finish work at 4:30 so i can generally squeeze in to send a parcel.

still, 6:00 for a nation where people often dont finish work til 8pm or later....24 hour culture!
