anyone ever been? i went there this past weekend in search of authentic viet food. went to a restaurant recommended by eatyourkimchi and found it to be more "authentic" than any other place in seoul, but still, mediocre viet food.
i got the com thit nuong and bun bo hue. later, i went to a thai restaurant at the front of the main street for the pad thai. also not impressed.
any recommendations on some good eats in that area? |

The Uzbek place is pretty solid. Given the sheer number of Indonesians there, I would assume the Indonesian food would be tolerable, though Indonesian food isn't exactly fantastic to begin with. |

The place has a lot of types of restaurants and they're all cheap. The quality varies from place to place. One of the Indonesian places microwaved their meals. The Uzbek joint is good. |

First or second left, just a bit down the street, I believe. There's Cyrillic lettering on the sign outside. Think lots of slow cooked meat. |

I liked the food at the Uzbek joint, but I thought their service sucked. I don't think I'll ever go there again because I thought they were too rude. |
