Damn if it isn't hot already.

Anyone know where I can buy light pants for summer, a 6'2'', 38-40'' waist western male?

Yup, H&M is your best bet.

You could also check out the outlet mall near 구로 디지털 단지역 but I doubt they have a decent "big and tall" selection.

Emarts "Size less" section will accommodate that, but I'm not sure which emarts have it these days. Omogkyo (near immigration) had one, and so did Seong-su. But last time I was at Omogkyo emart, that section was gone. They'll cover up to about a 42 waist and korean pants are generally made to be hemmed.
