Anyone know where I can buy light pants for summer, a 6'2'', 38-40'' waist western male? |

Yup, H&M is your best bet.
You could also check out the outlet mall near 구로 디지털 단지역 but I doubt they have a decent "big and tall" selection. |

| Emarts "Size less" section will accommodate that, but I'm not sure which emarts have it these days. Omogkyo (near immigration) had one, and so did Seong-su. But last time I was at Omogkyo emart, that section was gone. They'll cover up to about a 42 waist and korean pants are generally made to be hemmed. |
