Hi.
They won't accept my Hana Bank Visa card. It keeps coming up as "Password Error".
So, is there anywhere else I can buy them besides the web, and besides a big train station. I'm not near one and I have to book tickets soon.

Firstly, what browser were you using when you tried to book? If it wasn't Internet Explorer, go back and try it with IE. It doesn't have to be an outdated browser, as some people claim is necessary for some Korean sites. I've regularly booked KTX tickets on IE8 and had no problems. Never works for me in Firefox or Chrome though.
Also, did you use the Korean site or the English one? I've never tried booking through the English one, but I've heard from a few other people that they got error messages on the English site which didn't occur on the Korean one. |
