Move in immediately!!!
I have an apt available from now until August this year,2011. It is kind of small, but has everything you need: washing machine, tv, a/c, bed. Not much else.
It is located near Daebang Station line 1. Daebang is 2 stops south of Yongsan Station. The location is pretty good because lines 5,4,1,9 are only a couple stops away.
Rent will be 700+ the 50k maintenance fee and utilities. That is exactly what I was paying, but i moved out so im paying for 2 apts right now... thats another story.
Deposit will only be first and last months rent, to be returned upon departure.
