I taught in Korea for 3.5 years and decided to give Taiwan a try. I'm going to go for another year in South Korea and I want to go directly from Taiwan to South Korea. Is it possible to get the background check done from Taiwan without going home? Any information would be greatly appreciated. |

This is a difficult question to answer without you telling us where you're from. |

yeah, it is possible. It will take you a while, about 8-12 weeks, but it is possible.
Follow the directions on the FBI's website and make the return address to a friend or family member in America so they can send it back in for the appostile more quickly than you could from abroad.
Any large police station should be able to help you with the fingerprints. Make sure that you get 3-4 copies done and send all of them. |
