Is there any legal recourse for having an independent contractor contract in regards to getting it changed to a standard pension and health care contract? |

Cancel your visa, fly to Japan and come back the same day under visitors visa.
Post on Dave's and tell recruiters the contract must be normal and no IC.
Employers are getting spoiled. They already lowered salaries and are making some people pay their own rent. They've also added more working hours each month while they lowered wages. Now they're trying to avoid paying pension and health care costs.
I hate greed. There's only one solid way to punish them for offering terrible contracts, refuse to take them. And if you decide to negotiate, you literally have to be willing to walk away from it. They can tell if you're bluffing. |
