I've become quite a fan of beef jerkey since coming here. However, on vacation in Saigon this summer, I discovered the delights of the stuff they make there; hotter than hell and covered in an aray of spices, makes the stuff I get here taste like boot leather. Any old Vietnam hands on here know the stuff and where a poor old sod such as myself might get it from in Korea?
