I hurt my hip somehow running, Ive been running for months and then one day ran on the treadmill instead of outdoors and really hurt myself......I went to a DR in the area I live in but I would really like to get a second opinion, as he is telling me it is sciatica and to never run again.....anyone have someone they have seen in Seoul who could help?
