I'm sure glad I just renewed mine. So if you're abroad, want to renew, and can't answer the questions, that means you can't go home?

Here's the actual questionnaire:
Dates of appointments where and when your mother received prenatal care??? I wonder if they are aware that you were not alive then to know that. I have trouble when some credit agency asks what car I was driving 20 years ago, and I was alive then!

Wow, there aren't enough lines for all of my addresses-I think there are about 25, about 15 of which I can remember living in, 3 of which I can list accurately.  |
