Jongmyo Shrine (subway is 안국역) from 9:30 to 2:30 on Sunday. It's amazing. Literally thousands of participants. In a rush, if you want to know why you should go, wiki/google it.
Arrive anytime during the ceremony, you'll just see different stuff depending on when you get there.
