It's either that or 300k for a new washer. Recommendations?

A washer shouldn't cost you 300k. Find a cheap one on Craigslist or go get an old/crappy one.

Pretty sure there isn't one in the area.

Would kill to find one though, I hate what washing and hang drying on a rack in my apartment does to my clothes. I never seem to be able to get ahead either, so I always have a pile of clothes on the floor, and two racks taking up 80% of my kitchen space.
