Concise subject headings save time for other board users. It saves them time in assesssing whether a topic is relevant or interesting to them. Or just as important, not interesting or relevant.

I'm tired of wasting valuable micro-seconds Very Happy clicking through to find a post is not what i expected or not interesting. We can erradicate these posts by ignoring vague or overly general subject headings from now on.

Please ignore posts with a vague heading like "help me," or "i have a problem." If those posts get NO hits, then eventually people will go to the trouble (and rightly so) of writing a complete subject heading.
