We have one room available in our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment overlooking the Han River.
The apartment is on the 12th floor of a 14 floor building. We are: 5 minutes from Hangang Park; 10 minutes from Seokchon Lake and Lotte World; 7 minutes from Jamsil station and Homeplus (Tesco); and 5 minutes from the Jamsillaru (sometimes called Seongnae) station. There is highspeed wifi, cable, a Samsung HDTV and everything else you need. We have a washer but no dryer. The living area is very spacious and kept clean.
The area around the apartment is beautiful now that all of the trees have got their leaves.
The house and room are fully furnished, and equipped with full oven and full Western style bath.
We are currently asking for 500,000 KRW
The room is available for move in immediately.
We are asking for last month's rent as a deposit.
